Responding to the 50th UPU International Letter Writing Contest

On 9th September morning, the provincial Department of Information and Communication cooperated with the related departments and sectors to launch the 50th UPU International Letter Writing Contest for 2021. The theme of the contest is: “Write to a family member about your experiences of the Covid-19 pandemic”.

Delegates and students of Vo Thi Sau Junior High School (Hai Duong City) responded to the contest launch

The 50th UPU international letter writing contest is jointly organized nationwide by Ministry of Information and Communications, Ministry of Education and Training, Central Committee of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, Vietnam Post Corporation, Youth Pioneers and Children Newspaper and Vietnam Writers Association.

The time to receive the letters is from 1st December 2020 to 28th February 2021 (by postmark). All students under 15 years of age can participate and submit their articles to the address: Young Pioneers and Children Newspaper, No. 5 Hoa Ma, Hanoi.

In the 49th UPU International Letter Writing Contest, the following students (of Nam Sach Senior High School) in Hai Duong won prizes: Vu Thi Hue, class 11F won second prize; Ha Thi Kieu Trang, class 10D won consolation prize and Nguyen Khanh Chi, class 10F  won prospect prize.
