Vietnamese drama film “Mat Biec” (Dreamy Eyes) has been chosen to be sent to the qualifying round of the 93rd Oscars Academy Awards, said the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. The film will compete in the category of international film. The film was produced by Vietnamese-American director Victor Vu.
