Network operators launch customer support programs

Telecommunications businesses are implementing many policies to support customers in the context of complicated epidemic developments

Hai Duong branches of such telecommunications units as Viettel, VNPT, and MobiFone are simultaneously implementing customer support programs from August 5 to November 5 in the context of complicated developments of the Covid-19 epidemic.

The support programs include doubling of the bandwidth for fiber optic internet services at a constant price to meet the demand for online studying and working from home at the highest level, free high-speed access to electronic information pages of the Ministry of Health and Bluezone application, and presentation of 50% of data for all packages that customers are using or going to register at unchanged prices.

In addition, Viettel Hai Duong has increased the bandwidth of Net1plus Internet package from 30 Mbps to 40 Mbps for customers joining the network after March 24, and reduced rates and raised data for a series of mobile subscription packages.

Meanwhile, VNPT Hai Duong has applied the policy of not locking the receiving direction at the time of two-way locking for prepaid mobile subscribers in epidemic-hit localities...
